Nick joined Pilgrim’s Food Masters from Kerry Foods where he held the position of CEO since 2020. Prior to this Nick built his career in senior marketing roles for leading FMCG companies.

Since 2021 Richard has been serving as Managing Director for the Pilgrim’s Food Masters Meats Business GB & Ireland. Prior to this Richard built his career at Kerry Foods having joined as a graduate of the business in 2008.

Sue is Managing Director for the Accelerators business at Pilgrim’s Food Masters responsible for Rollover and Oakhouse Foods. Prior to this, Sue was DTC Director at Kerry Foods and the MD of Oakhouse Foods.

Brian is responsible for the nine Pilgrim’s Food Masters manufacturing sites across UK&I (Meals and Meats) with functional ownership over Procurement, Supply Chain, Technical, Operational Excellence and Engineering.

Matt joined Pilgrim’s Food Masters from Kerry Foods where he was Human Resources director since 2020. Prior to this Matt held a number of senior HR roles in leading industries with expertise in resourcing, change management and employee engagement.
