Workshops are aimed to help will develop knowledge, skills and behaviours to take your performance to the next level.

Unlike more traditional training programmes we put an emphasis on behaviours in the workplace so any learnings that take place are followed by an action plan to embed the learning from the course

All our graduates are assigned a trained mentor to support them during their programme and to offer them opportunities to stretch and challenge. Regular reviews are scheduled throughout the duration of the programme to enable you to gain feedback on how you are progressing and to explore further opportunities…

Our graduates gain further development by attending management modules to ensure they have the right tools to be a future leader at Pilgrims Food Masters. The modules are delivered as a cohort allowing you to share learnings and take part in experiential development activities together.


How long is the programme?

The duration of the programme is 2 years

Do I need a specific degree?

Where will I be based?

Graduates need to be flexible and willing to relocate during their programme.

Will I get to meet other graduates?

Yes graduates get to meet each other during course/site visits and team building activities throughout the year. We also operate a buddy system to allow you to get to know the current graduates within the business

Do I need a driving license?

Yes- it is a requirement for you to hold a UK or Irish driving license and have access to your own transport due to the locations of some of the sites.

Do I need to have entitlement to work in the UK or Ireland?

As part of our graduate programme you will be required to have entitlement to work in the UK or Ireland.

What happens after the Graduate programme?

All of our graduates start on a permanent contract, throughout your programme we collaborate with you, your manager and mentor to provide you with the tools to be successful in securing a suitable leadership position following completion of your programme.
